The Bipolar/BiCMOS Circuits and Technology Meeting (BCTM) is a premier conference for technical communication focused on the needs and interests of the bipolar and BiCMOS technology, modeling and circuit community.

For our 31st conference, BCTM 2017 will be held at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay from Thursday, 19 October, to Saturday, 21 October 2017. We are happy to co-locate with the 2017 IEEE Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium (CSICS), which will be held at the same hotel from Sunday, 22 October, to Wednesday, 25 October. CSICS is a forum on Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit designs including GaAs, GaN, InP and SiGe technologies. Information about CSICS can be found at csics.org.

One day of BCTM is traditionally filled by a short course, with the other two days consisting of invited talks and sessions developed from peer-reviewed papers submitted to the conference. Papers covering the design, performance, fabrication, modeling, characterization, testing and application of bipolar and BiCMOS integrated devices and circuits as well as on bipolar phenomena, device physics and discrete bipolar devices are solicited. This year’s short course will be on the last day of BCTM (Saturday, 21 October) to provide a convenient link with CSICS, which will start its short courses on Sunday, 22 October.
